Avoid Dirt: If fuel filters, oil filters, air filters, hydraulic oil filters, and various filter screens are too dirty, their filtration efficiency will decrease. Dirty radiator fins, air-cooled engine block and cylinder head fins, and cooler fins will lead to poor heat dissipation and overheating.

Avoid Heat: Overheating of engine pistons can easily cause them to overheat and melt, resulting in cylinder seizure. Overheating of rubber seals, V-belts, tires, etc., can lead to premature aging, performance degradation, and shortened lifespan. Overheating of coils in electrical equipment such as starters, alternators, and regulators can easily cause them to burn out and become unusable.

Avoid Missing Parts: Engine valve lock plates should be installed in pairs. Missing or omitted lock plates will cause valve malfunction and damage to pistons and other components. Similarly, missing cotter pins, locking screws, safety plates, or spring washers on engine connecting rod bolts, flywheel bolts, and drive shaft bolts can lead to serious malfunctions during use. Missing oil nozzles in the engine timing gear chamber will cause severe oil leakage.

Avoid Reversing Installation: Engine cylinder head gaskets must not be installed backwards, otherwise, they will burn out prematurely. Engine fan blades must not be installed backwards. For tires with directional tread patterns, especially herringbone tires, the resulting tread pattern should have the herringbone tips pointing rearwards.
