Precautions for Pre-Operation Safety
1. Park the vehicle on a flat and hard surface, and engage the handbrake;
2. Do not lift and flip the cab; keep it in its normal position;
3. Before operation: Check for any cracks or deformations in the rear suspension limit block, buffer rubber block, and bracket; If the bracket is deformed, repair it first and then replace the shock absorber;
4. If the bolts are rusted and stuck: Spray rust remover and let it stand for a while. Do not forcefully twist them; Prevent the bolts from breaking inside the bracket hole.

Disassembly steps (single side)
1. Drill into the rear of the frame and the rear of the cab to find the shock absorber assembly: the upper end is fixed to the rear suspension bracket of the cab, and the lower end is fixed to the rear suspension bracket of the frame.
2. Remove the lower end connecting bolts and nuts first: loosen the lower end through bolts and nuts, and withdraw the bolts.
3. Then remove the upper end hanger fixing bolts and nuts, and withdraw the upper end bolts.
4. The old shock absorber can be directly removed outward.
Installation steps (reverse assembly)
1. Verify the part number of the new component: DZ15221440550; Check that the rubber sleeves at both ends of the new shock absorber are intact and free from scratches or cracks.
2. Apply a thin layer of copper-based lubricating grease on the threaded part of the bolts to prevent rust and seizing in the future.
3. First, position the shock absorber assembly, then attach the upper bolts and put on the nuts (do not tighten them yet).
4. Align the lower bracket holes, insert the lower through bolts, and put on the nuts.
Key point: Bolt insertion direction: The bolt is inserted from the inside out, with the nut on the outside, maintaining the same direction as the original vehicle.
