Material, Process and Appearance Structure
Main material: QT480 ductile cast iron is cast integrally, with high tensile strength, good fatigue resistance, and not prone to cracking under heavy load and vibration, meeting the large torque bearing requirements at the rear end of heavy-duty truck engines.
Surface treatment: High-temperature electrostatic painting black anti-rust primer + topcoat double-layer anti-corrosion, resistant to high temperatures in the engine compartment, mud, water, salt and alkali corrosion, durable in outdoor and construction harsh conditions.
Overall structure (integrated strengthening ribs casting)
Upper suspension installation position: U-shaped ring-shaped lifting ears, 3 M14 standard through holes, used for mounting and locking the rubber soft pads of the rear suspension; U-shaped thickened wall thickness, to disperse the engine torsional impact force
Middle load-bearing strengthening area: Triangular integrated casting strengthening ribs, no welding connection, improving the resistance to bending and tearing, and counteracting the stress of shifting gears and sudden acceleration of the engine front and rear movement
Bottom frame flange base: 4 countersunk installation through holes, symmetrical layout, to fit the inner side plane of the frame crossbeam for fixation
