1. Material
Original factory: HDPE high-temperature resistant engineering plastic (pale white), resistant to ethylene glycol antifreeze, resistant to cold and heat cycles; available in regular model and thickened anti-crack model.
2. External structure (straight tube model, standard for this model)
Top: Integrated water filling port, equipped with pressure water tank cover (with pressure relief valve, system rated pressure is approximately 0.9 bar)
Side: Overflow hose connector (antifreeze overflow pipe)
Bottom: Two straight tube connectors
The four corners of the box body are equipped with 4 installation fixing ears, screws are directly installed on the rear fixing bracket of the driver's cabin
The front of the box body is reserved 4 positions for reinforcement rivets, the inner wall of the thickened model is increased with reinforcing ribs to reduce bulging and cracking
3. Weight and capacity
The net weight of the original factory assembly is approximately 1.6 to 1.8 kg
The effective liquid storage volume is approximately 4.2 L
4. Assembly components
Water tank body + pressure water tank cover + overflow transparent hose; Note: Some sub-factory goods do not include water pipes and water tank covers, they need to be purchased separately.

Function
1. It accommodates the thermal expansion and contraction of the antifreeze, as well as the volume changes;
2. The cooling system maintains stable pressure, and the pressure cap maintains the system pressure, thereby increasing the boiling point of the antifreeze;
3. It removes the air from the cooling pipeline to prevent air blockage and engine overheating;
4. It enables an intuitive observation of the antifreeze level and provides a water replenishment and maintenance interface.
