Hydraulic valve body section (front end)
Inlet port: Connects to the clutch master cylinder oil pipe of the cab, inputting braking hydraulic oil;
Outlet oil chamber of push rod: Hydraulic oil triggers the internal relay valve, opening the air path;
Exhaust screw: Discharges air from the oil path to prevent the clutch from becoming weak or not separating completely;
Sealing valve group, leather cup, one-way return oil valve.
Pneumatic assist cylinder (middle golden air reservoir)
Inlet connector: Connects to the 0.6–0.8MPa compressed air of the vehicle air reservoir;
Large-diameter assist piston, reset spring;
Internal air sealing diaphragm, the core component that amplifies the thrust.
Output push rod assembly (rear end)
Dust-proof corrugated rubber sleeve, preventing the push rod from rusting due to mud and water;
Adjustable threaded push rod + fork head, connecting the clutch separation lever of the gearbox;
Dust-proof sleeve snap ring, buffer gasket.
