In heavy-duty truck operation, the engine's requirements for intake air cleanliness are extremely stringent. Sinotruk models such as the Sinotruk G7 and C7H adhere to high standards for component cleanliness. If dust and particulate matter in the air are not effectively filtered, they will directly accelerate engine wear, affecting power output and service life. Therefore, the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) design has clear technical specifications for the air filter's filtration efficiency, dust holding capacity, and sealing performance, which is especially crucial in high-dust environments such as mining areas and construction sites.

Recently, I replaced the air filter on my Howo TX with a K2747 model. After installation, I noticed a significant improvement in airflow and a more stable idle. This filter uses a multi-layer composite filter paper structure, effectively intercepting micron-sized particles, so I don't have to worry about it accumulating dust even after long drives on gravel roads. The interface is tight, with no air leaks or abnormal noises. The replacement process is simple; one person can do it in ten minutes. After using it for a while, I removed it for inspection. The surface dust collection was uniform, and the interior remained clean, indicating a very scientific filtration logic. For car owners who prioritize vehicle stability and extended engine life, regularly replacing the air filter with a high-quality one is essential. After all, clean air is the "freedom to breathe" that an engine needs most.
