The QH50 series drive shaft is powered from the intermediate shaft of the auxiliary box of the Faiste double intermediate shaft transmission.
The QH50 series drive shaft is a one-way pneumatic-hydraulic operated gear shifting mechanism, with automatic disengagement when the air supply is cut off.

Applicable models: The QH50 series drive shaft is a rear-mounted drive shaft specifically designed for the dual intermediate shaft series transmission. It is suitable for various special vehicles and special equipment that are paired with the dual intermediate shaft series transmission, such as dump trucks, truck cranes, fire engines, etc.

Structural Characteristics
The QH50 transfer case is a rear-mounted transfer case. It is installed on the extended intermediate shaft at the rear end of the Fatashe double intermediate shaft transmission. The power is extracted from the extended intermediate shaft of the transmission through the hollow shaft of the transfer case, transmitted to the input gear through the meshing gear sleeve, and then output through the output gear shaft and output flange. This transfer case is a one-way pneumatic operated type. The combined teeth of the input gear and the meshing sleeve are both reverse conical teeth, which can play a role in preventing accidental disengagement of gears. Additionally, a support spring is installed on the hollow shaft, allowing the shift fork to remain in the middle position of the meshing sleeve's slot under the tension of the spring, without contact on both sides, reducing friction and providing assistance during gear engagement and disengagement.
Driving Power Extraction
When using the vehicle's power take-off, first make the vehicle run at a low gear and at a slow speed. Then place the control lever in the low gear neutral position, open the power take-off solenoid valve, and put the power take-off in the engaged gear take-off state. Depending on the specific situation, shift the transmission to the required gear. At this point, the power take-off enters the working state, while the entire vehicle can still travel normally.

Stop the vehicle to obtain power
When using the parking clutch to draw power, first, the gearshift lever should be placed in the low gear neutral position, the clutch electromagnetic valve should be opened, and the working air path of the clutch and the air path of the neutral position cylinder should be connected. On the one hand, the clutch engages and works, and on the other hand, the auxiliary gearbox synchronizer engages in the neutral position by utilizing the pressure difference. Then, according to the specific situation, the transmission should be engaged in the required gear (only in the low gear range). At this time, the clutch engages and works, while the entire vehicle remains stationary, achieving "parking clutch power drawing". To achieve parking clutch power drawing, the auxiliary transmission must be placed in the neutral position. To solve this problem, it is only necessary to remove the gear cylinder cover of the transmission range gear and add an air cylinder for the neutral position.
