Assembly relationship
The bracket + independent soft pad DZ9114593001 constitutes the complete engine front suspension assembly; the metal bracket bears the structural support, and the rubber soft pad performs independent shock absorption and buffering.
Load-bearing fixation: Supports the front-end weight of the engine on one side, and locks both left and right pairs to fix the engine, restricting forward, backward, and lateral movements.
Limiting buffer base: Provides a rigid installation base for the cushioning pads, isolating the direct pulling of the engine block by the frame deformation.
Impact resistance: Distributes the impact force during heavy-load bumps and starting braking to avoid cracking of the cylinder block and oil pan.
Isolation assistance: Cooperates with rubber pads to block the transmission of engine vibrations to the frame and cab, reducing vibration and noise.
