Structural Disassembly
1. Clutch Cover (Shell): Cast iron stamped housing, fixed to the engine flywheel with bolts.
2. Diaphragm Spring: Disc-shaped diaphragm spring, providing compression force; pull type is to pull the inner ring of the diaphragm outward to achieve disengagement, push type is to push inward.
3. Pressure Plate Disk Body: Cast iron friction surface, pressing the driven disc of the clutch, transmitting the engine torque.
4. Transmission Plate (Steel Sheet): Connecting the shell and the pressure plate disk body, transmitting torque and allowing the pressure plate to move axially.
Working Logic:
Combination: Diaphragm spring compression → Pressure plate firmly presses the driven disc against the flywheel, transmitting power;
Separation: Separation bearing pulls the inner ring of the diaphragm spring backward, the spring arches up, the pressure plate releases the driven disc, cutting off power.
