2. Built-in piston, main gasket, auxiliary gasket, reset spring
3. U-shaped connecting fork (push rod connector) directly connected to the cab clutch pedal
4. Wave-shaped dust-proof protective sleeve (protects the push rod from sand and water ingress)
5. Integrated plastic reservoir (clutch oil tank), connected to the master cylinder compensation oil chamber
6. Oil outlet: external threaded oil pipe interface
Working principle:
Press the clutch pedal → Push the push rod of the master cylinder → The piston in the cylinder moves, closing the compensation hole → Establish hydraulic pressure
The pressure is transmitted through the oil pipe to the clutch booster (auxiliary booster cylinder), and the hydraulic pressure serves as the control valve signal, opening the air source of the booster, and relying on the compressed air from the air reservoir to push the shift fork to separate the clutch.
Release the pedal, the oil flows back, the oil tank refills the master cylinder, and the pedal returns to its original position.
Key points for installation:
1. When the pedal is fully released, the gap between the push rod and the piston should be 0.5 to 1mm; a gap of less than this will cause the clutch to be partially engaged and the separation bearing to be constantly burned out; a gap that is too large will result in insufficient clutch travel and unclear disengagement.
2. After replacement, the hydraulic pipeline of the clutch must be completely purged of air; the exhaust position is the release screw of the clutch booster.
3. Do not mix different specifications of brake fluid; before installation, ensure that the oil pipes and oil cans are clean and strictly prohibit any impurities from entering the cylinder.
4. Do not forcefully strike the push rod during installation to prevent the piston rubber gasket from permanently deforming due to the flipping edge.
