Material of each component
Exterior of the pneumatic assist cylinder housing: Cold-rolled steel sheet formed by stamping, outer wall coated with black high-temperature electrostatic paint, resistant to rust, salt and alkali, and high-temperature in the cabin
Hydraulic cylinder body: High-strength cast aluminum integrated die-casting, inner wall precision grinding, lightweight, resistant to hydraulic oil corrosion, and does not deform under high pressure
Internal diaphragm / piston seal: Oil-resistant and aging-resistant nitrile rubber, compatible with vehicle compressed air + DOT3/DOT4 clutch hydraulic oil
Dust-proof sleeve: Wave-shaped black rubber, isolating mud, water and dust, protecting the top rod from rust and sticking
Installation flange: Steel sheet stamped square fixed base, 4 M10 standard installation holes
Connection thread: Steel plate coated with colored zinc, standard threads for air intake, hydraulic oil inlet, and exhaust vent
Rear pressure-assisted chamber (black cylinder)
Connects to the vehicle's air reservoir to supply compressed air. When the clutch is depressed, the intake opens, and high-pressure air pushes the internal diaphragm to increase the force, significantly reducing the pedal force; it also has an internal return spring, which automatically releases pressure and resets the pedal when it is released.
Front hydraulic working cylinder (cast aluminum valve body)
The clutch master cylinder supplies hydraulic oil to the oil chamber. The oil pressure opens the air path, and the air and liquid move synchronously to push the output push rod. It has a dedicated venting screw for discharging air from the pipeline.
Output push rod end
Adjustable threaded push rod + corrugated dust-proof sleeve, directly presses the clutch release fork of the gearbox to drive the separation bearing to cut off the power.
Air path / Oil path interface
Hydraulic inlet： Connects to the high-pressure oil pipe of the clutch master cylinder
Compressed air inlet： Connects to the air pipe of the vehicle's air reservoir
