When used on an air compressor, it can help the air compressor adjust the start-stop state, allowing the air compressor to get appropriate rest and play a maintenance and adjustment role.

How to adjust the pressure level of the pressure switch

1. Select a pressure controller with a set value range of 0.1 to 1.0 Mpa (JC-210, HNS-210).

2. Rotate the pressure adjustment screw on the right side of the top to position the pointer at 0.8 Mpa (8 kg or 8 bar) on the scale. This value represents the upper limit switching point.

3. Rotate the pressure adjustment screw on the left side of the top to make the pointer indicate at 0.3 Mpa on the scale. The lower limit switching value = upper limit switching value - switch pressure difference = 0.8 - 0.3 = 0.5. This value is the lower limit switching value.

4. Connect the terminals of the controller to the electrical circuit being controlled.

5. Connect the power supply and allow the pressure of the controlled medium (water, gas) to rise. Please pay attention to observing and adjusting to ensure that the set value of the pressure switch is consistent with the indication of the pressure gauge. (If the pressure reaches the upper limit setting and the switch has not yet acted, then turn the pressure adjustment screw to fine-tune it to the switching action and repeat the verification again.) Also perform the lower limit verification in the same way. (Repeat this process several times.) Fix the pressure adjustment screw and differential pressure adjustment screw at the top of the pressure switch with red paint.

Difference between high alarm and low alarm of pressure switch

1. High alarm

High alarm refers to the situation where when the pressure in the pipeline reaches the set value or exceeds the set value, the switch will automatically trigger. This usually causes an alarm or shuts down the controllable equipment to prevent dangerous situations such as pipeline explosion.

High alarm is typically applied in fields with significant pressure variations and severe pressure fluctuations, such as in the chemical, petroleum, and gas storage and transportation sectors. In these areas, high alarm can help ensure the safety of equipment and personnel.

2. Underreporting

Underreporting refers to the situation where when the pressure in the pipeline is lower than the set value, the switch will automatically trigger. This usually results in an alarm or the activation of controllable equipment to ensure the normal operation of the pipeline.

Underreporting is typically applied in fields that require control of gas or liquid flow, such as water supply, drainage, air conditioning, and other related areas. In these domains, underreporting can help control the flow, reduce energy waste, and ensure the safety of equipment.

Low-voltage alarm is a device that issues an alert when the vehicle power supply voltage drops below the set threshold. This function achieves self-protection by monitoring changes in input voltage and prioritizes maintaining the stable operation of the vehicle's own power system.

When the voltage provided by the vehicle to the vehicle power supply decreases, the voltage output to the electrical appliances from the vehicle power supply will also drop, which may cause damage to the appliances.
