Material of each component
Pump cylinder body: High-strength die-cast aluminum alloy, lightweight, resistant to corrosion from DOT3/DOT4 clutch hydraulic oil; inner wall is precisely honed, piston movement is smooth without sticking, surface is oxidized to prevent rust
Installation flange: Integrated cast aluminum double-ear fixed base, with 2 standard M10 installation holes reserved
Dust cover: Multi-layer corrugated black nitrile rubber, wear-resistant and anti-aging, isolates dust and moisture from the cab, protects the push rod and piston from rust
Internal piston / leather cup: Oil-resistant fluorosilicone sealing kit, resistant to high temperatures, does not expand or leak under long-term oil pressure
Oil pipe joint: Plastic quick-insertion oil inlet (blue-white protective joint), compatible with the original factory fuel tank hose of the bus, has strong sealing performance, and is convenient for disassembly and assembly
Return spring: High-carbon steel rust-proof spring, ensures that the piston quickly resets and releases pressure after the pedal is released
Release the clutch pedal. Under the action of the same-side spring, the piston moves rapidly to the right. Due to the certain resistance of the fluid flowing in the pipeline, the return speed to the master pump is slower. Therefore, a certain vacuum is formed in the left chamber of the master pump. The intake valve moves to the left under the pressure difference between the left and right oil chambers of the piston. A small amount of brake fluid from the reservoir flows into the left chamber of the master pump through the intake valve to compensate for the vacuum. When all the brake fluid originally entering the booster from the master pump has returned to the master pump, there is excess brake fluid in the left chamber of the master pump. This excess brake fluid will flow back to the reservoir through the intake valve.
