A portion of the air pressure goes through port 12 to the trailer inflation pipeline. At the same time, the compressed air coming out from the manual control valve enters through port 43 and reaches chamber F, causing piston 1 to move downward. At this time, piston 2 is separated from valve port e, valve port f is closed, and there is no air pressure output through port 22.
When operating the parking brake of the tractor, the compressed air from the first circuit of the brake valve enters through port 41 and reaches cavity I, exerting force on the piston 2 and causing it to move downward, thereby pushing valve 5 downward. This causes the piston 2 to come into contact with valve port e and the piston 1 to separate from valve port f. At this point, the compressed air in cavity E enters cavity K and is output through port 22. When the first circuit fails, there is no air pressure input at port 41. At this time, the compressed air from the second circuit of the brake valve enters through port 42 and reaches cavity J, exerting force on the piston 2 and causing it to move downward, thereby pushing valve 5 downward. This causes the piston 2 to come into contact with valve port e and the piston 1 to separate from valve port f. At this point, the compressed air in cavity E enters cavity K and is output through port 22. When the braking is released, the air pressure at ports 41 and 42 drops. At this time, the piston 2 separates from valve port e, the piston 1 seals valve port f, and port 22 has no air pressure output. The air pressure in cavity K is discharged through the exhaust port into the atmosphere.


When the brake is applied using the manual control valve, the pressure in the 43 port entering the F chamber decreases. At this time, the piston 1 moves upward under the force of the E chamber, causing the piston 2 to come into contact with valve port e and the piston 1 to separate from valve port f. At this point, the compressed air in the E chamber enters the K chamber, and pressure is output from port 22. When the brake is released, the pressure at the exhaust port of the manual control valve enters the F chamber from the 43 port, causing the piston 1 to move downward. At this time, the piston 2 separates from valve port e, and the piston 1 seals valve port 2. Port 22 has no pressure output, and the pressure in the K chamber is discharged into the atmosphere through the exhaust port.
