Working principle:
1. The low-temperature and low-pressure liquid R134a refrigerant after throttling through the expansion valve enters the inner part of the evaporator flat tubes.
2. The hot air from the driver's cabin blown by the blower passes through the aluminum fins, absorbing heat from the refrigerant inside the tubes. The air cools down and achieves the purpose of blowing cold air into the driver's cabin.
3. After absorbing heat, the refrigerant changes from a liquid to a gas and flows back to the air conditioning compressor.
4. The water vapor in the air condenses when cooled and flows down along the fins to the water collection tray, and then is discharged outside the vehicle through the drainage pipe.
Installation and Usage Tips
1. Before installation, a high-pressure nitrogen pressure test for leak detection must be conducted. Ensure there is no leakage before loading the vehicle.
2. The air conditioning system must be replaced with a new drying bottle to filter out system impurities and prevent the evaporator from getting clogged.
3. During transportation and installation, avoid severe impacts on the fins. Tilting of the fins will directly reduce the cooling air volume.
4. New sealing rings for the piping must be installed and lubricating oil must be applied.
5. Add standard R134a refrigerant according to the OMANN GTL standard filling quantity.
