Excessive errors can lead to air leakage during heat sealing for starting batteries, or the inability of the ribs on the compartment to align with the rubber groove on the cover, resulting in insufficient strength and poor sealing, and causing acid leakage problems for valve-regulated batteries. Plastic compartments should have good impact resistance, heat resistance, and corrosion resistance.
