The air spring is a mechanical component that ingeniously utilizes the compressibility of air. It is mainly composed of upper and lower end caps, airtight air nozzles, and rubber sacs. The air spring shock absorption technology is one of the current excellent shock absorption technologies. It can reduce the vibration frequency transmission between the upper and lower end caps to 1Hz. After professional design, it can even achieve complete shock absorption. In terms of later maintenance, the air spring is different from the traditional steel helical spring. The traditional steel helical spring, in order to ensure its performance and extend its service life, needs to apply oil for rust prevention and clean the inside of the spring from time to time. However, the air spring has excellent integrity and almost does not require cleaning of garbage and debris. Moreover, special-purpose air springs have been professionally designed and modified for different working environments such as high temperature, low temperature, and corrosion. During use, almost all later maintenance work can be avoided.

The airbag shock absorption works by filling with high-pressure gas, which significantly increases the pressure in the hydraulic chamber. This effectively prevents the "empty stroke" at the lower end of the piston during shock absorption compression, thereby improving the shock absorption performance.

1. Alleviate the volume changes in the hydraulic chamber caused by the movement of the inner rod. Liquids cannot be compressed. Even a slight reduction in the volume of the inner chamber after the inner rod is pushed in is sufficient to cause vibration.

2. The shock absorption of ordinary civilian vehicles is achieved by not filling the hydraulic chamber completely and retaining some gas to adapt to the volume changes. However, during intense shock movements, the gas may cause bubbles in the hydraulic oil, and when the bubbles pass through the piston, they will cause vibration and instability! Using airbags can not only relieve this volume change by contracting, but also separate the oil and gas, avoiding the formation of bubbles in the shock absorption oil and affecting the shock absorption effect.

3. For the full stroke effect, the hydraulic damping can work better. Without airbags, when the shock absorption rapidly compresses, the space under the piston is likely to become a vacuum. During the rebound of the shock absorption, the section of the stroke with the vacuum is without damping, which affects the shock absorption effect. This area is called "dead stroke". This situation is not much of a problem in civilian vehicles, but it becomes a big problem when used in shock absorbers on vehicles that require high-speed and intense movements;
