Rotating type fuel filter and water separator
FS1003 is a screw-type fuel/water separator designed by Fleetguard for heavy-duty diesel engines such as those from Cummins. Its core feature is 10-micron precision filtration and efficient water separation, which protects the high-pressure oil pump and fuel injectors. It is the mainstream original factory filter for heavy trucks and construction machinery.

Maintenance Points
Replacement Cycle: 20,000 - 40,000 kilometers (depending on the oil type and operating conditions).
Daily Inspection: Check the bottom water collection cup. Drain water once every 5,000 kilometers to prevent overflow.
Installation: Apply clean diesel to the sealing ring, tighten with a torque of approximately 35 - 40 N·m, to prevent leakage and air intake.
