The core component of the drum brake. When the brake chamber pushes the cam to rotate, the brake shoe spreads outward, and the friction lining presses against the inner circle of the brake drum. By relying on friction, the kinetic energy of the wheels is converted into heat energy, achieving vehicle deceleration and braking.
Function location: Front axle of the vehicle, bearing the main braking load, ensuring the braking reliability of heavy-duty trucks during long downhill driving and emergency braking.
Structure: Shoe + friction lining + pin shaft bushing pre-installed assembly, pre-riveted at factory, can be directly installed.

Material
1. Main body of the shoe: High-strength ductile iron, cast + aging treatment, resistant to impact, not prone to deformation, capable of withstanding mechanical tension during braking.
2. Friction lining: Non-asbestos semi-metallic friction material, resistant to high temperatures, stable friction coefficient, wear-resistant; firmly riveted to the shoe body using rivets.
3. Pin shaft, bushing: Alloy steel pin shaft + powder metallurgy bushing, smooth rotation, rust-proof and wear-resistant.

1. Original size, perfectly compatible with Hande HD9.5T front axle. Installation holes are precisely positioned, no need for on-site grinding or modification.
2. The friction pads have good thermal stability. They are not prone to thermal degradation under heavy load and continuous braking conditions, ensuring stable braking force.
3. The flywheels have undergone stress relief treatment, providing excellent fatigue resistance. They are unlikely to crack even after repeated braking over a long period.
4. Pre-assembled assembly. Upon arrival, it can be directly replaced with the old parts, reducing the repair time.
