Core function
1. Supplying high-temperature compressed air: Connect the outlet of the air compressor (pump) to the dryer, and convey the high-temperature and high-pressure compressed air produced by the air compressor to the air drying treatment unit to supply air to the vehicle's braking system.
2. Shock absorption and displacement compensation: When the engine operates, it generates vibrations and shakes. The metal corrugated tube absorbs the vibrations to prevent the hard steel pipe from cracking or breaking due to the stress caused by engine vibration; at the same time, it compensates for the small installation deviations during assembly.
3. Thermal expansion compensation: The gas discharged by the air compressor has a high temperature, and the pipeline expands and contracts due to heat, and the corrugated tube absorbs the thermal deformation to eliminate the pipeline stress.
Material composition
1. Body of the bellows: 304 stainless steel, formed in waves, capable of bending and extending, resistant to high temperatures and vibration.
2. Outer braided sleeve: Stainless steel wire braided protective sleeve, protecting the inner wave tube, resistant to impact, preventing wave cracking, and enhancing blasting pressure.
3. Both ends of the joint: 45# steel, surface galvanized treatment, thread M22×1.5, welded and crimped formation, anti-corrosion.
4. Internal sealing: The joint is equipped with a metal sealing surface, relying on the conical hard seal, without the need for rubber gaskets.

Product features
1. The metal corrugated tube structure is resistant to high temperatures and is suitable for absorbing the high-temperature hot air discharged by the air compressor. Unlike rubber tubes, it will not age and bulge or burst under high temperatures.
2. Absorbing vibrations: All engine vibrations are resolved by the corrugated tube, avoiding frequent fractures of hard steel pipes. The original design of Haowo models is a metal soft connection.
3. Both ends have M22×1.5 standard threads, which can be directly screwed in without modification and can be replaced in place.

Q: Assembly and Maintenance Tips
A: 1. During installation, slight bending is allowed. Do not perform a rigid fold or flatten the corrugated tube, as this will directly cause internal cracking.
2. The tightening force should be moderate. Do not apply excessive force and twist forcefully to prevent damage to the joint threads.
3. The pipeline should not have hard friction with the engine housing or brackets to avoid the mesh being worn out.
4. During maintenance, pay special attention to checking for any cracks in the corrugated tube and broken wires in the mesh. If any damage is found, replace the assembly directly and do not attempt to repair it.
