The working principle of the entire vehicle
When the engine is running, the belt drives the rotor of the generator to rotate, cutting the magnetic lines of force to generate alternating current;
The internal rectifier bridge converts the alternating current into 28V direct current;
The built-in voltage regulation module maintains a constant output voltage and simultaneously charges the 24V battery of the entire vehicle;
All the electrical appliances in the vehicle (headlights, air conditioning, wipers, post-treatment electronic control, driver's cabin electrical appliances) are all powered by this generator;
After the engine is turned off, the battery stores electricity. When starting, the starter supplies power, and after starting, the generator takes over all the vehicle's power supply.
