Prohibit re-use of old parts: Gaskets are wearables. After disassembly, they should be directly scrapped. There is a thickness difference between new and old gaskets due to wear, and re-use will result in abnormal clearance;
Before installation, clean the main shaft spline, gear mating surface debris, and oil sludge to ensure complete flat contact;
Align the spline with the outer teeth of the main shaft and push it in smoothly. Do not use hard tapping to cause the gasket to warp or deform;
After assembly, manually rotate the gear. If there is no obvious left-right clearance, it indicates normal clearance;
