Material: Thickened cold-rolled steel pipe, surface electroplated anti-rust treatment, resistant to rust and deformation;
Integrated bending forming, strong rigidity, will not bend or shake under full-load jolting.
Left and right wiper shaft base (with copper sleeve)
Both ends flange mounting seats, internal built-in wear-resistant copper bushing + rubber dustproof oil seal; above the shaft is a spline, directly installs the wiper arm; the oil seal blocks rainwater and sand from entering the rotating pair.
Motor connection rocker joint
Middle reserved ball head connection seat, connects with the wiper motor output rocker in the cab, the motor rotation drives the entire connecting rod to reciprocate swinging.
Ball-shaped universal joint (at the connection point of the connecting rod)
Rubber wraps the nylon ball head, quiet and buffering, eliminating abnormal noise during swinging; it comes with a pre-tightening spring, no looseness for long-term use.
Fixed installation bracket
Pressing steel plate bracket, reserved original vehicle positioning screw hole positions, no damage to the cab firewall when installing in place.
The output shaft of the windshield wiper motor in the cab swings back and forth, pulling the middle connecting rod through the ball joint;
The main connecting rod synchronously drives the left and right rotating shafts to swing simultaneously in both directions;
The upper end of the rotating shaft is driven by the spline to drive the wiper arm and wiper blade, achieving synchronous wiper wiping on the front windshield;
The ball joint connection structure compensates for slight installation errors, ensuring the synchronization, no conflict, and no collision of the left and right wipers with the windshield rubber strip.
Applicable vehicles: Foton Ouman GTL, Ouman EST full series of tractors, dump trucks, and box-type cargo trucks
Installation position: Inside the firewall of the front panel of the cab, below the windshield;
Matching windshield wiper motor: Original 24V wiper motor of GTL/EST is used for matching.
Replacement suggestion: If the ball head is loose, the rotating shaft is rusted and the connecting rod is bent, the entire assembly must be replaced. It is not recommended to repair the ball head separately.
Assembly sequence: First, fix the left and right end rotating shaft brackets, then connect the ball head of the wiper motor arm;
Testing standard: Power on and test the high and low speeds. The left and right wipers should not collide and return to the bottom of the windshield.
Maintenance reminder: Every year, remove the dust cover of the rotating shaft and add lubricating oil to extend the service life.
