The solenoid valve is composed of an electromagnetic component and a valve body. The electromagnetic component consists of a fixed iron core, a moving iron core, a coil, and other components. The valve body part is made up of a sliding valve core, a sliding valve sleeve, and a spring base, etc. It is widely used in industrial production. It can be used for the on-off control of water, air, and neutral gases, as well as other gases and liquids that are compatible with the material of the solenoid valve, and can also be an indispensable part of the safety interlock protection system.

 

First, if the connection head of the solenoid valve is loose or the wire head has fallen off, the solenoid valve will not be powered. The wire head should be tightened.

 

Second, if the coil of the solenoid valve is burned out, the connection of the solenoid valve can be removed. Use a multimeter to measure. If it is open circuit, the solenoid valve is burned out. It may be caused by the coil getting damp and poor insulation, resulting in excessive leakage of magnetic field and excessive current in the coil, thus burning it out. Therefore, it is necessary to prevent rainwater from entering the solenoid valve. In addition, if the spring is too hard, the counteracting force is too large, the number of coil turns is too few, or the suction force is insufficient, it can also cause the coil to burn out.
