Overall structure, material and manufacturing process
The entire set is divided into four major modules: pump body main body, oil storage tank, dust-proof telescopic sleeve, and internal piston sealing component.
1. Material of each component
Pump cylinder main body: High-strength gray cast iron is integrally cast, the inner wall is honed for high precision, resistant to hydraulic oil corrosion and does not deform under high pressure; the surface is coated with gray anti-rust electrostatic paint
Oil storage tank (clutch oil cup): Transparent HDPE polyethylene plastic, allowing for direct observation of the clutch oil level; yellow threaded sealing cover, with a built-in vent valve to balance oil pressure
Dust-proof sleeve: Black corrugated nitrile rubber, wear-resistant and anti-aging, isolates dust, mud and water from the cab, protects the push rod piston
Internal piston / rubber cup: Oil-resistant fluorine rubber sealing ring, compatible with DOT3/DOT4 clutch hydraulic oil, does not expand or leak under long-term high temperature
Installation flange: Cast iron integrated with 2 M10 fixing holes, bolted to lock the cab fire wall
Hydraulic power conversion: When the driver steps on the clutch pedal, the push rod drives the internal piston of the master cylinder to squeeze the clutch oil, converting mechanical force into hydraulic pressure. This pressure is then transmitted through the pipeline to the clutch sub-pump of the gearbox.
Clutch disengagement control: The hydraulic pressure pushes the shift fork of the sub-pump to lift the clutch disc, cutting off the power transmission between the engine and the gearbox, achieving gearshift disengagement.
Automatic oil replenishment and storage: The upper oil tank continuously supplies hydraulic oil to compensate for pipeline leakage and oil loss; the built-in one-way valve prevents the return of oil to cause air resistance.
Pressure relief and reset: After releasing the pedal, the internal spring pushes the piston back to its original position, releasing the hydraulic pressure, and the clutch automatically engages.


It is worth noting that the operating principles of the master cylinder and slave cylinder of the clutch are similar to those of the brake cylinder in automobiles. Both are designed to achieve disengagement based on the oil pressure principle.
