External grease nipple
The outer ring is an integrated die-cast oil nipple base, equipped with a standard direct-through grease nipple. There is no need to disassemble the steering knuckle or remove the wheel for maintenance. Just use the grease gun to apply grease directly;
Internal oil storage channel
The inner ring has a circular oil guide groove, allowing the grease to evenly penetrate the rollers and raceways, avoiding local lack of grease and dry grinding;
Double-layer dust-proof rubber gasket
The rubber seal around the grease nipple prevents mud, water and dust from entering the bearing through the gap of the grease nipple. It is suitable for construction sites and harsh road conditions with sand and gravel;
Comparison with the ordinary model without grease nipple: The maintenance of the ordinary model requires disassembling the main pin assembly, which is time-consuming and prone to damaging the main pin bushing. The oil-injecting model improves the maintenance efficiency by 80%.
