Installation of chassis stabilizer bar (most commonly used)
It is assembled at the rear balance stabilizer bar hanger and at both ends of the stabilizer link, and is sleeved onto the fixed pin shaft. Function:
The buffer can prevent the chassis from lateral shaking when the vehicle is turning or bouncing;
It absorbs the vibrations of the suspension and eliminates the abnormal noise caused by the collision between the stabilizer bar and the hanger metal;
It reduces the wear of the stabilizer bar, hanger and pin shaft, and protects the chassis suspension.


The bushing is placed between the metal pin shaft and the lifting ear bracket. It relies on the inherent elasticity of polyurethane/rubber for flexible buffering. When the vehicle experiences bumps or side tilts, the bushing deforms to absorb the impact force, isolating the hard metal friction, reducing chassis noise, and preventing excessive body side tilting.
