Volvo Components is a truck parts system developed by the Volvo Group, covering core components such as engines, transmissions, and chassis parts, as well as customized solutions. Products are manufactured collaboratively through a global sourcing model with international suppliers such as Bosch and WABCO, and are compatible with the full range of FH, FM, and FE engines, covering engine systems, transmission systems, and electronic control systems, providing maintenance support for logistics, transportation, and construction projects.
The Volvo Group was founded in 1927 and is headquartered in Gothenburg, Sweden, initially focusing on truck and bus manufacturing. After acquiring Renault Trucks in 2001, it restructured its business, forming three independent brands: Volvo, Renault, and Mack. It entered the Chinese market in 1992 through its Beijing office and established a warehousing and logistics network leveraging the Shanghai Free Trade Zone policy, building a nationwide distribution system through its Singapore warehouse and domestic branches. Currently, the Group's business covers more than 100 countries worldwide, encompassing eight major areas including truck manufacturing and financial services.
